Most of the times I cook bell peppers stuffed with mushrooms.
Ingredients:
- 8 bell peppers
- 400 g of mushrooms
- 20 g oleomargarine
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1 cup of rice
- 2 onions
- 200 ml tomato sauce
- Chopped green-stuff (parsley, dill weed, tarragon)

Chop the mushrooms, quench them with the chopped onions in a little bit of water and oil, for 15 minutes. After that, add the rice and a cup of water and let them boil. Afterwards, take the pot off from the stove and add green-stuff. Wash the bell peppers and clean them from seeds and stalks. After that, parboil them a little bit and then fill them with the mixture of rice with mushrooms. Arrange the stuffed bell peppers in an ovenproof cooker and pour over them the tomato sauce. Put the oleomargarine over the bell peppers and keep the cooker in the oven for 40-50 minutes.
