Nutrition specialists know that a large consume of this kind of aliments can lead to a permanent nervous estate, and in a small quantity can increase the growing turbulences at children and can decrease the organisms resistance towards infections.The plastic aliments are containing a great quantity of proteins meat, milk, cheese, eggs, peanuts, nuts, beans, etc. If you make an excess of these aliments, you might suffer from renal conditions, hepatic and skin as well. If they are reduced, they can provoke innutrition and stop the body from developing at children. In which implies the energetic aliments, in nutrition books it is specified that they are offering the organism many calories bread, cereals, pasta, sugar, grapes, vegetal and animal fats. They are the ones that cause obesity, gastric hyperacidity. But if these aliments are totally cut off from the daily alimentation, we can suffer from constipation, asthenia.
